Chicago Dryer Company held a Regional Service Seminar at the Headquarters of Martin-Ray Laundry Systems in Denver, Colorado on June 2nd and 3rd. The Seminar was attended by over 30 Laundry Engineers and Managers from local hotels and commercial laundries. The Service Seminar kicked off June 2nd with breakfast, featuring Lamar Donuts and Santiago Breakfast Burritos. Chuck Anderson of Chicago Dryer Company took the group through a brief introduction of the Chicago product line, highlighting some of the newest products such as the TURBO King Edge Vac, Air Chicago Quattro, Maxx Blaster, and CHI•Vision. Chicago’s Paul Naylor ran an informative morning session on machinery safety, sensor and circuitry identification and troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and burner design and logic. A delicious lunch was catered by Qdoba, followed by the afternoon session where Paul Naylor finished up with more classroom instruction.
June 3rd had attendees meeting at the Martin-Ray Laundry Systems offices where they were shuttled over to the nearby Hyatt Regency Downtown Denver laundry for hands-on training on various pieces of Chicago equipment. Another delicious breakfast and lunch buffet were provided at Altitude Restaurant in the Hyatt. After the on-site training, attendees where shuttled back to the Martin-Ray offices for wrap-up and handout of their Training Certifications.
